Our design and inspection team contains experienced professional engineers who conduct design & site investigations/inspections and provide advice on construction.

Roseland Engineers work with builders, architects and building owners as well as service clients.

Roseland Engineers team are RPEQ and Chartered CPEng, NER engineers who, has expertise and experience in designing multi-story reinforced block and concrete buildings as well as multi-deck car-parks, using current structural software and Standards, delivering projects, RFIs management and follow up site visits including:

Design of:

• Foundations and slabs on ground
• Reinforced masonry
• Suspended concrete slabs
• Concrete elements
• Structural steelwork
• Technical engineering specifications
• Structural engineering design certificate (Form 15)

Projects delivery

• Design tender and IFC drawings
• RFIs management;

Site Visits

• Includes inspection certificates (Form 12);

Documentation of the above in 2 phases

• Preliminary design phase for coordination with architect including wind analysis and feedback on bracing requirements
• Final detail plans phase suitable for BA and construction purposes
